Week Thirteen

This week's loss was 1 pound. I am not really excited...but that is 4 sticks of butter!!!









What do I need to do to move it up?
1. drink more water
2. write down what I eat (yes...I have moved away from deligently keeping up with my points)
3. walk
4. watch the carboyhdrate point foods
