I have exercised 2 times already this month (WOW!). But, this morning I met Diane and Barbara at work this morning at 7:00am. We we to the walking track and walked for 30 minutes!!! I am on my way!!! I also found a calculator (posted on the sidebar of my blog) to help me know what GOOD it is doing!
Also found a great site!!!! On My Weigh Check out the tools she has created and found to use!
