I am enjoying going to the WW meetings, listening to the successes of other members, listening to Reva (our leader) share WW tips and motivational lecture. I lost 2 1/2 pounds this week! YEA!
Recipe of the week:
Chocolate cake mix (any brand)
I can diet cola (any brand)
Mix and pour into muffin pan. Each cupcake is equal to 1 Point. Put a dollup (love that word) of Fat Free Cool Whip...HEAVEN!
Congratulations on your weight loss! I have found a meeting in Houston, on Thursday nights. Plan to begin this week. Keep up the good work.
